Monthly rate plan: for a fixed monthly rate of $91.200 CLP (VAT and taxes included) you can use the service until the maximum monthly limit of 400kWh established by the selected plan is reached. In case of exceeding the maximum limit provided before the monthly renewal of the plan, the rate will be automatically changed in the "pay as you go" mode. The "pay as you go" rate establishes that at the end of each charging session, the cost of the service is calculated by multiplying the kWh consumed by the unit price established for the service. The unit price is equal to $235 CLP / kWh for AC chargers (up to 22kW) and $260 CLP / kWh for DC chargers (over 23kW). The updated amount of the fee can be seen in the application and on the website www.enelxway.cl.

The monthly fee includes unlimited access to the reserve service and access to all types of connectors but does not include additional charges for the occupation of the charging station at the end of the recharge. In fact, for some public charging stations expressly informed in the application, an additional charge is applied for not releasing the charging station once 30 (thirty) minutes have elapsed from the end of the recharge. The amount is indicated on the detail sheet of the individual socket of the public charging station in question and is equal to $25CLP/minute for AC connectors (Type 2) and $288CLP/minute for DC connectors (CHAdeMO and CCS Combo2). The amounts must be understood as "excluding VAT" and will be invoiced, when applicable, at the end of the recharging session.

This rate plan is activated at the time of the subscription date and automatically renews each month, on the same day.

The invoice is issued and sent on the day the plan is signed or renewed.

The invoice includes both the fee for the reference period and the additional costs for exceeding the monthly limit in the month prior to renewal. The invoice is issued monthly, on the same day of each month.

 

·      The change from a "monthly rate" rate plan to another "monthly rate" rate plan will be applied the month following the request, the day after the subscription day of the previous plan (for example, if the rate plan monthly subscribed on January 1, and the plan is changed on January 10, the new plan will be applied from February 2);

·      The change from a "monthly rate" rate plan to a "pay as you go" rate plan will be effective from the first day following the expiration of the month during which the change is requested.

·      In case of non-payment of the invoice, the service will be suspended until the payment of the unpaid invoice. Once the balance of the amount due has been paid, the service will be reactivated and the renewal date of the rate will remain the original date.

 

Always check the App for charging points that are compatible with the reservation service. Is it is possible to book the same add-on for a maximum of 3 (three) consecutive sessions; any additional attempt will be blocked for 20 minutes by the reservation service.

A change from a "Flat" rate plan to another "Flat" rate plan will not take effect until the renewal period after the request to change plans (for example, if a plan of Monthly “Flat” rate began on January 1 and a rate plan change was requested on January 10 January, the new rate plan would not take effect until February 1). The change of plan from "Flat" rate to "Pay Per Use" rate will be applied at the next renewal. if there is balance non-payment of the invoice, the service will be suspended until the invoice is paid in full; paying the amount owed will restore the service and the renewal date of the rate it will remain the original date. By accepting and adhering to these conditions, you join the plan monthly rate "Travel".
