The Pay per Use Premium 10 consumer tariff plan can only be used in Italy. It is valid for 12 months from the date of subscription and, against payment of a monthly fee of €4 (VAT included), provides unlimited booking of recharging stations and access to a discount of €0.10/kWh compared to the fee envisaged for the Pay per Use Basic tariff for consumer recharging on all AC, DC and HPC recharging technologies. The discounted fee will be: 0,59€/kWh for AC charging points, 0,74€/kWh for DC charging points up to 150 kW and 0,84€/kWh for DC charging points over 150 kW (HPC).

All amounts indicated include VAT. 

A pre-authorisation in the amount of 30€ will be made before each charge.

 

The monthly fee includes unlimited access to the booking service for the stations expressly indicated on the app. The booking of the charging outlet lasts 15 minutes and it is possible to book the same outlet for a maximum of three consecutive times within the same hour; at the next attempt, the booking service will no longer be available for 20 minutes. For public recharging stations expressly indicated on the App, an additional charge will be applied for failure to free the outlet once 60 (sixty) minutes have elapsed since the end of the recharging process. The amount is indicated in the detail sheet of the individual socket of the public charging station concerned and is equal to:

- 0.10€/min for AC Sockets (Type2 and Type3a), with maximum power up to 43 kW;

- 0.20€/min for DC Sockets (CHAdeMO and CCS Combo 2), with a maximum power up to 150 kW; 

- 0.30€/min for HPC Stations (CHAdeMO and CCS Combo 2), above 150 kW

 

Penalty amounts are exclusive of VAT and will be invoiced, where applicable, at the end of the top-up session.

This tariff plan is activated on the date of subscription and is automatically renewed on the same day each month. The bill for the fee is issued and sent on the day the plan is subscribed to or renewed, the bill for individual top-ups is issued at the end of each top-up session. 

A change of plan, whether consumption-based or flat subscription, will apply to the renewal following that of the plan change request (e.g. if the monthly fee tariff plan was subscribed to on 1 January, and on 10 January a change of plan is requested, the new plan will apply from 1 February).

In the event of non-payment of the invoice, the service will be suspended until the invoice is paid, upon settlement of the amount due the service will be reactivated and the renewal date of the fee will remain the original date. 

The tariff plan is subscribed to and used for personal use only.
