The “Pay per Use Basic” tariff plan provides that, at the end of each charging session, the cost of the service shall be calculated by multiplying the number of kWh consumed by the applicable unit rate. The unit rate may vary depending on the charging point and is indicated in the detail page of the relavant charging station on the app. All amounts are inclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes.

 

The tariff plan is subject to a pre-authorization procedure, as specified in Article 8.6 of the App’s Terms and Conditions.

 

The “Pay per Use Basic” tariff plan does not include any additional charges for socket occupation after the completion of the charging session. Any such charges, where applicable, shall be applied in accordance with Article 5 of the App’s Terms and Conditions.

 

In the event of any changes to the tariff plan, the provisions of Article 7.5 of the App’s Terms and Conditions shall apply.

 

This tariff plan may be used exclusively within the territory of the Italian Republic.

The plan is subscribed strictly for personal use, on a non-collective and non-commercial basis. The invoice will be issued as specified in Article 8 of the App’s Terms and Conditions.

By proceeding and accepting these conditions, the Customer agrees to subscribe to the “Pay per Use Basic” tariff plan.
