The Flat Large Taxi tariff plan, valid for 12 months from the date of subscription, provides for the payment in advance of a monthly fee of €175 (VAT and taxes included) and includes kWh 580kWh per month.
Charging sessions outside Italy are also included.
If the maximum threshold is exceeded before the monthly renewal of the plan, the tariff will automatically change to "Pay per Use”. "Pay per Use " tariff provides that the cost of the service is calculated by multiplying the kWh paid by the unit price: 0,69€/kWh for AC charging points, 0,89€/kWh for DC charging points up to 150 kW and 0,99€/kWh for DC charging points over 150 kW (HPC).
A pre-authorisation will be made as a deposit - after positive verification of the possibility of providing the service to the Customer - in an amount equal to the cost of the first month's subscription of the chosen tariff plan to verify the availability of the card inserted as payment method.. The monthly price includes unlimited access to the booking service but does not include additional costs of penalty time for not releasing the plug at the end of the charging session. Indeed, for Public Charge Stations expressly specified on App, additional costs will be applied for not releasing the plug in 60 (sixty) minutes after the end of the charging session. The amount is shown on the plug’s detail sheet of the Public Charge Station involved and it is equal to:
- 0.10 euros/min for AC plugs (Type2 and Type3a), with maximum power up to 43 kW;
- 0.20 euros/min for DC plugs (CHAdeMO and CCS Combo 2), with maximum power up to 150 kW;
- 0.30 euros/min for the HPC Stations (CHAdeMO and CCS Combo 2), with power over 150 kW.
Prices of penalties are to be considered "Excluding VAT Art.15" and the final amount will be invoiced, when applicable, at the end of the charging session.
Always check the App for charging points compatible with the booking service. It is possible to book the same plug for a maximum of 3 (three) consecutive times: at the next attempt the booking service will be inhibited for 20 minutes.
This tariff plan is activated on the subscription date and it is automatically renewed on the same day of each month. Invoicing takes place on the day of subscription or of plan renewal. Invoice includes both reference period fee and any extra costs due to exceeding the monthly threshold before the renewal. Billing occurs on a monthly basis, on the same day of each month.
The plan change from a "Flat" rate plan to another "Flat" rate plan will be applied to the renewal following that of the plan change request (e.g. if the monthly flat tariff plan was subscribed on January 1st, and on January 10th a change in tariff plan is requested, the new tariff plan will apply from February 1st). The plan change from a "Flat" tariff plan to the "Pay per Use" tariff plan will be applied to the next renewal.
In case of non-payment of the invoice, the service will be suspended until the invoice has been paid; by paying the due amount, the service will be enabled again and the tariff renewal date will still remain the original date. The kWh included in the 'monthly fee' tariff plan may only be used in Italy.
The tariff plan is subscribed to exclusively on a personal, non-collective and non-profit basis.
